Warranty

JimnyHype offers a 12-month warranty on all items from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-transferable. The warranty is covered for the product being faulty and/or not performing as described. If your product arrives in damaged or faulty, please refer to our Faulty Item Replacement policy on our Return Policy page.

Exclusions and Limitations

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Operating the equipment in a manner outside of that described in the instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized repair or tampering.
  • Use of third-party accessories.
  • Accident or improper use.
  • Faulty installation or modification made during installation.
  • External causes such as mould, insects, animals, misuse, incorrect operation, adverse weather, natural disaster, or acts of God.

Products accessories part and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty, including bolts, nuts, Allen keys, double-sided tape or any product kit accessories.

Warranty Claim Procedure

Customers can initiate a warranty claim by filling out the Warranty Claim Application below. This application will require details such as proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs.

Once the Warranty Claim has been submitted with a detailed description of the issues and if it is clear enough to be entitled to a warranty claim, we will first attempt to send replacement accessories or parts of the product (if possible) before requiring it to be sent back for inspection.

If the customer’s description is unclear about how the issue has occurred or if there is no photographic evidence, or if the evidence provided is not strong enough to prove that the product is not subject to our Exclusions and Limitations, we will require the product to be sent back for inspection (we will cover the shipping costs at this stage).

Warranty Claim Inspection

If the warranty claim is approved:

  • Repair: We will cover the cost of shipping the product to our facility for evaluation and repair/replacement, as well as the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.
  • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an equivalent item, subject to availability.
  • Refund: In cases where neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we may offer a refund for the original purchase price.

Please note that the final decision regarding repair, replacement, or refund will be made at JimnyHype’s discretion, based on the nature of the warranty claim and available remedies.

If the warranty claim is rejected:

  • The product is to be returned to customer at their expense.
  • Return expense must be made to us within 14 business days from the day of our warranty rejection notification.
  • We are entitled to hold the product until any owing fees have been paid.
  • Storage fees will be applied beyond 14 business days at 5% per day of the original product cost until credit expires.
