JimnyHype is operated and based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. All price listed on JimnyHype is in Australia Dollars (AUD). If you have enquiries regarding our products or your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us or send us an email to info@jimnyhype.com. We will respond within 2 business days. You must read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below before placing an order.

All parts that are sold by JimnyHype are not designed for public road use, please check with your country/state standards, they may not meet your country/state design standards. However it may be used on private roads and off-roads. All products are subject to install by a licensed professional, we will not accept any liabilities or responsibilities for any additional costs incurred as a result of incorrect fitment or modification made subsequently to install or personalise products. Damage sustained to vehicle as a result of listed situations above or in the event of product failure, we will take no liabilities or responsibilities. Installations of all products sold by us are subject to the purchases’ discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that have been placed for an incorrect product or shipping price, a full refund will be issued after the cancellation. The product details, descriptions and prices may slightly change due to different version or batch of the stock.

We are not liable for import or local taxes for orders that is shipped outside Australia, you might be required to pay import and local taxes, these are subjected to the shipping courier company and local authority’s discretion. Please check with your local shipping or government organisation for more information.

Your orders may be return to us by the shipping courier if you refuse to pay duties and taxes. When we received the return shipment in full, your order will be refunded with the deduction of the original shipping fee and any additional charges incurred. You will need to pay for a second shipping cost if you wish to be re-shipped to you.
