Shipping and Handling Times
All of our products are typically stocked in our Brisbane, Queensland warehouse, unless otherwise stated. For some items, we may ship from our warehouse in Taiwan. This information will be clearly stated on the product page, and for further details on international shipping, please refer to our policy.
If your order is being shipped from our Taiwan warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch. We typically work with DHL for shipments from Taiwan, and delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location. Please allow 7-14 business days for shipment to arrive. You will receive a unique tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
Orders are typically dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse on the next business day after payment is cleared and the order is placed. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number to monitor the progress of your order. We highly recommend creating an account with us for easier tracking of your items. If you have not received tracking updates within 5 business days, please contact us immediately.
Australia Wide Shipping
Upon placing your order, we will dispatch your items via the best available option, utilizing a range of carriers. Presently, we only offer standard shipping, and all deliveries will be authorized to be left in a secure location on your premises. If you prefer not to leave items unattended, we recommend utilizing a workplace address for delivery. We are continuously working on providing additional shipping options to accommodate customers with varying requirements.
Our primary shipping provider is Australia Post, unless the order contains oversized items. We dispatch orders through Australia Post on a daily basis. Please be aware that selecting the “Courier” option does not equate to express shipping, and delivery may take longer as some couriers may have irregular pickup schedules. While we will pass on your delivery instructions to the courier, we cannot be held responsible for any deviation from their delivery protocol.
Delivery timeframes are dependent on the weight, size, and location of delivery. Please refer to the following general delivery timeframes:

Orders dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days. Upon dispatch, you will receive a unique tracking number, enabling you to track your shipment online. We strongly encourage you to create an account with us, as this facilitates easier tracking of your items. In the event that you have not received tracking updates within 5 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For international buyers, we utilize Express Shipping via Australia Post for most orders, with the exception of oversize goods that cannot be handled by Australia Post. Please allow 7-20 business days for international delivery from Australia. For additional information on delivery timeframes, please refer to Australia Post International delivery times.
Shipping Terms and Condition
Buyers bear full responsibility for providing accurate delivery addresses and mobile phone numbers. Should any changes to the delivery address be required after checkout, buyers should contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Once an order is ready for dispatch, changes to the delivery address cannot be considered valid. In instances where items are undeliverable and/or returned due to unsuccessful delivery or an incorrect delivery address, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee to buyers.
Please note that we are unable to assume responsibility for any delays, losses, or damage to items resulting from Australia Post or courier companies, or for changes to delivery addresses after dispatch or errors made by buyers. It should be noted that PO boxes cannot receive bulky items. We strongly recommend that buyers provide a workplace address for delivery of large and bulky items.
For international orders, any duties and taxes incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser. Failure to receive an order due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will result in an inability to refund the order.
Sometimes, we may face stock shortages, which may lead to one or more items being placed on back order. We now accept back orders on items that have an estimated availability date, which can be found on the product page. If you order multiple items and one or more of them is on back order, the following policy applies:
- We will hold your order until all items are available. This ensures that you receive all items in one shipment and do not have to pay additional shipping fees.
- An estimated date of availability will be stated on the product page. If the expected date of availability changes, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- If you prefer to receive the available item(s) before the out of stock item, please check out as two separate orders. This will result in separate shipments and may incur additional shipping fees.
We appreciate your patience and understanding when an item is placed on back order. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, and we believe that our back order policy helps us achieve that goal. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
30 Days Return
For any reason you have changed your mind for your order, or you have placed the incorrect item, we offer 30 days return policy. To qualify for the return, it is important that you agree to the below guidelines and policy:
- Products may return within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase to you.
- We must be notified within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase to you.
- The product must then be returned within 7 days of from the day we confirm on the return.
- The order must be returned in the original undamaged packaging and includes all the accessories (ready to be put back on the shelf).
- The product is securely packed to ensure it is returned to us in original and pristine condition.
- To receive the refund of the product, you must return the product(s) at your own cost.
- The return postage will be deducted from the total refund amount, if we organise the return freight. A complete refund for the returned item will be given if the return delivery is paid by the buyers.
- You do not stick or write anything on the product or package itself. You may be required to wrap and pack the item to attach shipping labels to the packaging you supplied.
- Once we receive your product and confirm the original packaging and product contents are present and undamaged. The refund will be processed.
- Handling fees will be applied when the product is damaged or incorrect item(s) was sent.
JimnyHype offers a 12-month warranty on all items from the date of purchase. The warranty is covered for the product being faulty and/or not performing as described. If your product arrives in damaged or not as described, please refer to our Faulty or Damaged Product policy.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside of describe in the instructions, including:
- Damage resulting from accident or improper use.
- Damage caused by faulty installation or modification made during installation.
- Damage caused by mould, insects, animals, misuse, incorrect operation, adverse weather, natural disaster or act of God or other external causes.
If the warranty claim is rejected, the product is to be returned to buyer at their expense. Payment must be made to us within 14 days from the day of our warranty rejection notify. We are entitled to hold the product until any owning fees has been made. Storage fees will be applied beyond 14 days at 5% of the original product cost until credit expires.
All products accessories part and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty, including bolts, nuts, Allen keys, double-sided tape or any product kit accessories.
Faulty or Damaged Product
If your product arrive in mistake or not function, you are entitled to return the product for a replacement. For the replacement to be processed, the product must be returned and inspected by our team. The outcome of the inspection takes 3-10 business days from the date the item is received.
- We can provide details allowing the return at no cost to customer for a replacement.
- When the buyer has contributed to the failure or misleading the issues in the description, we reserve the right to charge a handling fees.
- We are entitled to hold the product until any owning fees has been made. Storage fees will be applied beyond 14 days at 5% of the original product cost until credit expires.
