Missing Item Application

If you happen to receive a missing products or parts for you order, you’re entitled to a replacement or a refund. To ensure a seamless process, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

For a replacement to be eligible, you must:

  • Apply for Missing Item Replacement within 30 days of arrival.
  • Provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, will be required for all returns.
  • Possibly necessitate additional information or evidence, like photographs of the missing item for a product.

For our approval process, we may:

  • Check the size and weight of the parcels we have dispatch.
  • Any other un-update parcel tracking that was not provided to you.

Once you’ve provided and we’ve approved the necessary detail, we will:

  • Replace the missing product with a new one, provided that it is in stock. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund.
  • Offer a refund for the original purchase price.
Please provide the exact same product name listed on our site to avoid confusion. (eg. putting “cup holder”, we have a range of “cup holder” available)
