Replacement Policy

If you happen to receive a faulty product or parts, you’re entitled to a replacement. To ensure a seamless process, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

For a replacement to be eligible, the product must:

  • Apply for Faulty Item Replacement within 30 days of arrival.
  • Remain unused
  • Require proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, for all returns.
  • Possibly necessitate additional information or evidence, such as photographs of the faulty product.

Faulty Item Replacement Procedure:

  1. Initiating a Faulty Item Request: Fill out the Faulty Item Application, providing details such as proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs.
  2. Assessment: Once the application is submitted, we will assess if the issue is clear enough to warrant a replacement. If so, we will proceed to send a new product for replacement.
  3. Further Assessment: If the description is unclear, lacks photographic evidence, or if the provided evidence is insufficient to prove the product’s fault upon arrival, we will request the item to be sent back for inspection.
  4. Return Process: We will supply a shipping label for you to send the item back for inspection. Inspection typically takes 7-14 business days.

If upon receiving the faulty return and confirming the item’s defect, we will:

  • Replace the faulty product with a new one, provided that it is in stock. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund.

If you has contributed to the failure or misleading the issues in the description or we determine the item isn’t faulty:

  • The item will be returned to you at your expense.
  • We reserve the right to charge a handling fees.
  • We are entitled to hold the product until any owning fees has been made.
  • Storage fees will be applied beyond 14 days at 5% per day of the original product cost until credit expires.
